The Board of Turnstone Equityco 1 Limited today announces that after more than four years as Chairman, Mr. Paul Pindar has informed us of his decision to resign from his position, subject to a suitable transition period, to focus on his increasing portfolio of other board positions and allow the company to benefit from an injection of fresh thinking. The Board understands his decision to leave and thanks him for his efforts.
The Board will announce his successor in due course.
