Issuer”), announced today that it has priced £425.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2022 (the “
Senior Secured Notes”). The Senior Secured Notes will comprise (i) £275,000,000 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.25% fixed interest rate Senior Secured Notes and (ii) £150,000,000 million in aggregate principal amount of floating interest rate Senior Secured Notes. The Issuer expects that the Senior Secured Notes will be issued on 5 August 2016.
