The Issuer wishes to announce the resignation of Andrew Burgess and Karthic Jayaraman as directors of the Issuer with effect from 19th October 2018 and Jean Bonnavion as a director of the Issuer with effect from 24th October 2018. Each of Mr Burgess, Mr Jayaraman and Mr Bonnavion will remain as directors of the ultimate holding company of the Issuer, Turnstone Equityco 1 Limited.
