2020-09-23 Notice of repayment of SSRCF
Following a review of forecast future cash flows and an assessment of the availability of liquidity in the financial markets, the Board of IDH Group has decided to repay the £73.2m drawn from the Super senior revolving credit facility (SSRCF) in March this year plus a further £5.0m from cash reserves. As of today, the amount outstanding on the SSRCF stands at £20.0m.
