Gold award for {my}dentist’s employer brand

We are proud to announce our employer brand has won a gold award at the Employer Brand Management Awards (EMBAs) 2020.

{my}dentist came top in the healthcare & pharmaceuticals category at the awards which celebrate organisations that have built effective employer brand campaigns that attract, engage and retain talent.

The aim of {my}dentist’s employer brand, A Reason to Smile, is to communicate the reality of life at the company using ambassadors from its team to bring warmth and personality and reflect the true {my}dentist spirit.

The brand was launched at the {my}dentist Clinical Conference and is communicated via mydentistcareers.co.uk and all resourcing print and online collateral. The strategy is having a positive effect on recruitment with a record number of dentists joining the company in September, and a further 300 due to join by the end of the year.

Rob Devlin, Head of Resourcing at {my}dentist, said: “Defining and developing our employer brand was a huge and important piece of work. It has helped us fully understand and communicate all of the unique reasons why clinicians, dental nurses and support teams would want to join {my}dentist. It’s great to have this hard work recognised with an award from the EMBAs.”{my}dentist has opportunities available for dentists around the UK.
