We are seeking apart time receptionist to join our friendly dental practice in Ipswich.

EDIT: The practice is conveniently located near to shops and supermarkets and we have free parking available on-site!

Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:

You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:

• Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
• Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g. missed appointments
• Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
• Money management, including transmitting electronic claims daily
• Updating and protecting patient information,

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
• Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Ability to use IT and operate computer-based systems
• Strong organisational skills; caring and compassionate
