Dental Practice Manager Recruitment Process
Practice Managers keep our almost 600 practices across the UK running, leading staff in the day-to-day and supporting our clinicians so they can provide high quality treatment to patients.

Our Hiring Process
- You’ll apply or be headhunted for one of our available Practice Manager roles.
- You’ll then be contacted by a Recruiter as a potential candidate based on your CV, and will undergo a pre-screening interview with them to see if you would be a good fit.
- Following the pre-screen interview, your details will be sent to one of our Hiring Managers, who will conduct a first stage interview with you, either face to face or via Teams call. This may be followed by a second stage interview depending on the role.
- If you’re successful, you’ll receive a Conditional Offer from the recruiter. Once you’ve accepted the offer, you’ll receive your contract and onboarding documents.
- Prior to your start date, your Hiring Manager will put together your induction, and let you know both your start date and what you’ll be doing on your first day.
