Amie Holder-Soares is from a small market town in North Yorkshire and moved to Cambridge after university. Cambridge is place that she has grown to love and call it her home. She has been working within dentistry since 2007 initially as a dental nurse which created a passion for oral health which made her further her studies culminating in graduating in dental hygiene and therapy from Sheffield university in 2012. Her main points of interests are maintenance of implants, airflow and periodontal disease. Amie is able to carry out Direct access which enables patients to see her even if they are not a current patient of the practice.Amie is the founder of The Cambridge Hygienist and you can find her accounts on Instagram and Facebook. Outside of work Amie is a super busy mum to Harry and Hattie and wife to Joel. Amie also has a keen interest in Skin and is the founder of Get Lippy Facial Aesthetics and Smile Design where she runs regular clinics with her husband Joel.
