Dental Hygienist/Therapist Catherine started her working life as a dental nurse, obtaining the national qualification followed by the radiography and conscious sedation as post graduate qualifications. Catherine then furthered her career by qualifying in 2004 from Manchester Dental Hospital as a dental hygienist and therapist. Catherine specialises in periodontal treatment from routine cleaning to full mouth disinfection. She also has an interest in facial aesthetics which led her to complete a course in teeth whitening and a course on anti-aging treatments and fillers. Catherine enjoys promoting preventative dental care and provides talks and advice to various schools on oral hygiene, diet advice and healthy living. Catherine has two children that keep her busy when she is not at work and when given the opportunity she enjoys working out at the gym and socialising with her friends.
