Janet graduated from Leeds Dental School as a hygienist in 1981. Janet then went onto qualify in Oral Health Education in the 1990s and then qualified in Dental Radiography in 2014. Janet has been a dental hygienist at our Practice since 1981 offering her hygiene service. Janet strives to improve the oral health of her patients by education, professional cleaning & stain removal expertise. Janet’s favourite part of the job is patient’s oral health transformations and watching the confidence and motivation that her patients gain via her service. Janet works in both General Dental Practice & Community Special Care Dentistry.Outside of work Janet has many hobbies, she enjoys being involved in Local Amateur Theatre, which often involves raising money for charity. Janet is also a keen crafter and loves knitting, you can often catch her with her knitting needles & a ball of wool on her breaks. Janet loves the outdoors and taking her dog Norman on many long walks in the countryside in all weathers.
