Karen graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in dentistry in 1996 and has since worked solely in Eccles. She spent many years as a busy NHS dentist, but in recent years she has decided to take her time and concentrate on private dentistry. Due to the many years she has spent in Eccles, Karen has relished getting to know her patients well while taking pride in consistently delivering high-quality dentistry.Karen is passionate about general dentistry and she always ensures that her patients are aware of all available treatment options, particularly since dentistry is ever-changing. Recently, she has developed a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry procedures such as teeth straightening (clear braces) and advanced whitening.Karen is an exceptionally patient dentist who delights in guiding apprehensive patients through their dental journey. She finds this extremely rewarding, particularly when her anxious patients emerge from their treatment beaming. She has always enjoyed treating children which can be challenging at times. Karen appreciates spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two German shepherds. She enjoys reading, watching Netflix, going for walks, and skiing . She’s also very creative making jewellery in her spare time and is a keen baker.
