Karen qualified as a dental hygienist from Newcastle Dental hospital with merit in 2002. Her OCD ensured she gained the highest clinical grade of her year and this still drives her to provide the best care she can for her patients to the present day. She has worked in general practice providing both NHS and private treatment across Newcastle and surrounding area. Out of work she likes nothing more than pulling on her walking boots and dragging her family and dog out for long walks both here and the Lake District where she’s from (providing it’s not raining too hard!!)
