Lisa first qualified as a dental nurse in 1997, before then deciding to go on to qualify as a Orthodontic Therapist in 2011. Lisa was awarded the qualification (DipOT-RCS) Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy after attending Leeds Dental Hospital for 1 year. While at Leeds Dental Hospital, she attended lectures and seminars whilst learning on the job from her assigned Orthodontist. As an Orthodontic Therapist, Lisa works alongside her Orthodontist under their prescription, working in both NHS and Private dentistry. Lisa’s favourite part of the job is making people smile. Outside of work Lisa enjoys tending to her ponies and family holidays abroad.
