Matt graduated from Newcastle University in 2010 and has experience of working in both NHS and private practice. He completed a two-year post-graduate course in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry at Tipton Training Academy, and was awarded the prize for ‘Best Dentist on the Restorative Course’ in his second year. The course has given him experience in all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry including white fillings, crowns and bridgework, whitening and veneers. It also gave him a more detailed understanding of the complex way in which teeth bite together and move over each other, giving a solid foundation to his restorative work and allowing him to treat clicks and pains in the jaw. Matt believes in an evidence-based approach and likes to take the time to talk his patients through treatment options allowing them to make an informed choice.
