After completing her honours degree in Human Anatomy, Nikki went on to study dentistry and gained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2007. She started working at {my}dentist, Prestwick, shortly after graduating and has been there ever since. This has provided her with the opportunity to really get to know her patients which allows her to make them feel at ease in the surgery.Nikki enjoys all aspects of dentistry and firmly believes in prevention based practice. She provides a wide range of NHS and private treatments and continues to develop her skillset by attending courses including Denture Excellence. One area of dentistry which she finds particularly rewarding is treating nervous patients. With the help of the friendly and supportive team at {my}dentist,Prestwick, she has helped many patients overcome their dental phobia.She is an Ayrshire girl, born and raised, and continues to reside there with her husband, two girls and her cat. She can often be found exploring the Scottish islands (especially Arran), has a love of music and is obsessed with all things Disney
