Paul trained at the Defence Dental School in 2000 and was awarded the Oral B Outstanding Academic Achievement award. Upon completion of training Paul went on to work in Northern Ireland other parts of the Uk and later Germany. In Germany Paul looked after Civil Servants, members of the Armed forces and their families. Whilst in Germany Paul worked closely with several specialists to include Orthodontists and Periodontal specialist which has increased his experience with more complex cases. Paul's other responsibilities also included managing trainee dental nurses and auditing all military hygienists within Germany. Monitoring Hygienists meant Paul as the Lead clinician annually reviewed working practices and clinical efficiency to ensure standards were maintained and good levels of patient care was being carried out. His interests include sea swimming keeping fit and healthy eating.
