Ruth qualified from Liverpool Dental Hospital as a hygienist in 1986.She returned to work in the Community Dental Service working in all departments including oral surgery and orthodontics. She gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of patients including very nervous patients and those with special needs . In 1990 she left to start work in general practice and has subsequently spent the last 20 years working in private practice . Ruth is a very caring and gentle hygienist and is passionate about providing a high standard of periodontal care particularly to those with more challenging problems .She continues to keep updated with all the changes in dentistry.Ruth is married with two children and enjoys cycling , fell walking , kayaking , reading and gardening in her spare time .
