Dr Vaios Douros trained at the University of Athens in Greece, and qualified as a dentist in 1990. After graduating, he worked in the maxillofacial department of the Athens University Dental Hospital for 2 years. Vaios spent a further 2.5 years treating patients at the Orthodontic Central Clinic of Athens, with a special interest in preventative orthodontic treatment. He has also specialised in the use of a Laser in dentistry (KTP, ND, EmR-Y) for periodontal treatments, whitening and oral microsurgery. Vaios has a keen interest in advanced restorative treatment, laser treatment, cosmetic dentistry and prosthetics on implants. Vaios works Saturdays and from June he will be going fully private.
