Yvonne started as a trainee dental nurse in general practice in 1983. Qualifying in 1985. She then went on to work at Chesterfield Royal Hospital as a maxillofacial and orthodontic nurse from 1987 - 2007. Whilst working as a dental nurse, she gained qualifications in national certificate in Orthodontic Nursing and Conscious Sedation Nursing. Yvonne started working with us at The Orthodontic Centre in 2007 as a student orthodontic therapist at Leeds Dental Institute 2007. She then trained in both our practices and the hospital qualifying in 2008 Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons England, and now works across the Sheffield area, alongside our specialist orthodontists who provide teeth straightening treatments such as Invisalign. Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys her holidays, fitness, and spending time with her family.
