Dr.Anca Sturzu

Anca qualified in Iasi, Romania in 2003 with a keen interest in Oral Surgery. After 3 years of working and training in a hospital Anca gained her specialist qualification in Oral Surgery and started work as a general dental practitioner and visiting oral surgeon in several practices in the area.
Anca has been working in Exmouth Dental Practice since 2010, following her moving to the UK. She takes great pride in providing quality NHS and private dentistry treatments in a sympathetic and caring manner with emphasis on good communication to ensure her patients enjoy a positive dental experience.
Anca has a special interest in dental implants and advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry which made her pursue further training in the field.
Anca is also a registered member of ITI (International Team of Implantology) and ADI (Association of Dental Implantology).

Dr.Cristina Dragomir

Cristina is an experienced general practitioner who graduated from the University of Dental Medicine in Bucharest in 2002. After completing a specialisation in Oral Surgery, she started to practice general dentistry and oral surgery in a private practice in Bucharest.
Cristina has been in our practice for more than six years now and already built a reputation for treating our patients in a calm and caring manner. Cristina is aware that dental treatment can make people anxious and has helped many patients overcome their fears.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but her passion has always been the restorative side and improving people’s smile.
Outside work, Cristina enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and travelling with her family.

Dr.Daniela Cheresheva

Daniela graduated from the Medical University, Faculty of Stomatology in Plovdiv Bulgaria in 2003. She then moved to Italy where she graduated in 2008 at the Dental University in Chieti. From there she worked in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Italy. She enjoyed tutoring students on managing non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease. In 2010 she decided to move to South West England and has worked in NHS dentistry since. She strives to provide the best treatment quality and dental experience for all her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling the world, reading, cooking and yoga.

Dr.Grzegorz Figiel

Grzegorz is a highly experienced General Dental Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. He qualified with a degree in Dentistry from Medical University of Lublin, Poland in 1992.Few years later he gained speciality in General Dentistry and worked in his own practice in Poland for 12 years.
In 2004, Grzegorz and his family moved to UK and has been working in Devon. He joined our team in 2013.
Grzegorz is committed to gentle dentistry and believes in treating his patients in a very kind, calm and caring manner. His special interest is in prosthetic, various types of dentures, aesthetic crowns and bridges.
Outside working hours his passion is history of the world.

Dr.Martin Petkov
Qualified from: DMD Sofia 2014 Bulgaria, 2014

Martin qualified in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2014 and decided to move to England to develop his skills further towards the end of 2015. He has worked in several busy practices throughout Devon and neighbouring Dorset. Martin has a keen interest on oral surgery and implements a variety of prosthetic methods to replace missing teeth in the dentition. Martin constantly tries to build upon his knowledge and understanding to provide better and more complete patient care.
Being experienced in general dental practice, he always strives to provide great quality NHS and private dentistry.
As a hobby, he enjoys weight training and outdoor activities such as hiking or a day at the beach in lovely Devon.

Dr.Wojciech Kotkowski

Wojciech qualified in Poland 2002. In 2007 he moved to the UK and worked in a practice in Wales for eight years, where he soon became Lead Dentist. He joined the team in Union Street in 2018 and enjoys living in Devon. Wojciech is dedicated to dental excellence and provides high standard NHS and private dentistry. He has a keen interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and has high rates of success in preserving natural teeth by using the latest equipment, materials and techniques. He is on track to complete the prestigious Postgraduate Diploma in Endodontic Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute, UCL, and is a member of the British Dental Association and the British Endodontic Society. Wojciech’s aim is to develop comprehensive treatment plans for maximum functionality and best aesthetic effect in a calm and caring environment. He has been praised for his professional and friendly approach.

Ms.Lynne Hyndman

Lynne initially qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital Sheffield and worked as a Practice Manager until she Joined the Royal Navy in 1989 . Lynne carried out various roles before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist at the Military School of Dental Hygiene Aldershot, Later obtaining a BA (Hons) in Education and Training
having completed a varied military career including Area Dental Management, Special projects she returned to the Dental training school as a Dental Tutor and internal Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
Lynne resumed her clinical career in Dental Hygiene using skills as an NLP practitioner to successfully treat patients
Her hobbies include scuba diving and travel

Ms.Sarah Louise Cather
(Hygienist)
Qualified from: Bristol United Kingdom, 1998

Sarah graduated as a Hygienist in June 1998 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and later went on to study as a Dental Therapist at Bristol University in 2014. Following completion of these diplomas Sarah attended numerous courses in order to gain additional skills within her field of expertise and received several awards for her skills and competence.
During Sarah’s career, she has worked in Leicester and Harley Street, London in many different capacities, before relocating to beautiful Devon. Sarah’s patients often comment on how reassuring, gentle and caring she is.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, needlework and cookery. When Sarah has the opportunity, she escapes with her husband on their touring bikes and explores across the world!
