Welcome to mydentist North Marine Road, Scarborough. You can find us just 1 minutes’ walk away from the Scarborough Cricket Ground bus stop and a 25 minute walk from Scarborough train station, limited on street parking is available in a disc zone with the required disc. Due to our practice being in a listed building, we are unable to provide disabled access. We are a friendly family orientated 4-surgery practice providing a variety of NHS and Private treatments, such as Philips Teeth whitening, composite bonding, private dentures and hygiene appointments. For more information on our wonderful clinicians please visit the ‘Meet the team’ section on our website. We also offer 0 percent finance or pay in 3 to help spread the cost, our team are here to help if you would like any further information. If you have any questions or would like to book in for a consultation the team would love to hear from you. We welcome all patients to our practice and ensure all individuals are treated with the utmost care and attention from our highly skilled staff. We look forward to seeing you soon.

    "I had an issue with a wisdom tooth and whilst I’m not a member of the practice, I called. Within 2 hours I received a call back and was prescribed medicine to combat the infection. The service despite being over the phone was very good. My only gripe is when I looked on the NHS website, it stated this practice was taking on new patients which was the reason I called initially. They weren’t currently taking new patients so maybe update that a little more frequently? Other than that, excellent service."

  • Dr .Fátima Gonçalves Pereira Qualified from: LMD University of Porto 2019 Portugal , 2019 GDC No: 287179
    Fátima Gonçalves Pereira, or Miriam as she prefers to be called, studied for her master’s degree in Dental Medicine at the University of Porto, and completed this in 2019. Considering the low prospects for professional growth in Portugal, Miriam made the decision to begin her career in the United Kingdom, to where she moved in early 2020 to Scarborough. Equipped with the latest clinical evidence-based knowledge in dentistry, she provides treatment in different areas of general dentistry. She is most passionate about cosmetic dentistry and is dedicated and works hard to tend to every patient’s needs to the best of her abilities. In her personal time Miriam likes to read and go out for meals.
  • Dr.Ecaterina Pascu Qualified from: DMD Romania, 2018 GDC No: 276069
    Ecaterina studied dentistry at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania and came to England in 2019 where she started working at {my}dentist as an associate dental practitioner, providing both NHS and private services. Ecaterina has joined our team at Scarborough and is a friendly dentist who is focused on her patients and their clinical needs. She is caring and eager to provide good quality dental services. Ecaterina has participated in many courses, with an interest in facial aesthetic treatments and periodontology. In her spare time, she enjoys walks in the countryside, writing stories and short novellas, visiting and exploring beautiful new places.
  • Dr.Elzbieta Malewska Qualified from: Lek Stom Poznan, Poland, 1997 GDC No: 84522
    Elzabieta studied at UAM Poznan in Poland and came over to England in 2005 where she worked at Northway Clinic in Scarborough, joining our practice in 2006 as an Associate. Ella (as she likes to be called) is passionate about delivering and providing the highest quality of treatment and care to all her patients and has experience in all aspects of general dentistry. Ella has a passion for emergency dentistry and surgical procedures, also enjoys restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Ella aims to ensure she has happy patients who have a confident smile. Out of work Ella enjoys training her beautiful dog and loves to travel.
  • Dr.Lidia Rusu Qualified from: DMD Iasi, Romania, 2004 GDC No: 189267
    Lidia studied in Iasi, Romania graduating in 2004. After graduation she worked as a dentist and lecturer in the University of Medicine and pharmacy in Iasi. Lidia gained her PHD in 2008 and also trained as a dental technician making dentures, crowns and bridges and moved to the UK in 2011 where she worked in Richmond. She has worked as an associate since 2012 and has attended many courses to improve her clinical knowledge and skills; she strives to provide quality patient care in all areas of general dentistry. Lidia has special interests in cosmetic work and provides composite bonding, teeth whitening and private dentures. She also offers private airflow, a stain removal treatment. Outside of work, Lidia really enjoys spending time with her family when's she not at work and likes going to the gym.
  • Miss.Kelly Veronica Cattle (Therapist) Qualified from: Dip in Dental Hygiene and Therapy UK, 2018 GDC No: 248108
    Meet Kelly our Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist, who qualified from the University of Leeds in December 2018. She loves her job and in particular the job satisfaction she receives aiding patients with their oral health. Kelly enjoys treating paediatric patients and believes prevention from an early age is important in treating and ultimately preventing dental disease. Kelly has significant dental experience as she was previously a Dental Nurse for 4 years. Kelly enjoys listening to music, socialising and spending time with her friends and family. She loves attending the cinema to watch the latest movies and eating out at local restaurants with her friends.
