Andreea started with us here in Runcorn back in 2018 and has worked hard and built herself a loyal patient base. Her empathetic and caring approach alongside her experience allows her to deliver high quality treatments tailored to the patient’s individual needs. Andreea enjoys promoting preventative dental care and provides in depth advice on oral hygiene, dietary needs and healthy living. She takes pride in building relationships with patients, putting them at ease and ensuring they have the best experience from start to finish. Outside of work Andreea loves to spend quality time with her family, going on long walks and she likes to read.

Dr.Gemma Wilson

Gemma graduated from Manchester Dental School in 2015 and has worked in general practice ever since. She has been with us at our Runcorn practice since 2020. Gemma is a kind and caring professional who always strives to offer a high-quality service to all her patients. Her work colleagues and patients speak very highly of her and her passion for dentistry is clear. In addition to her own dentistry, she has mentored student dental nurses and newly qualified dentists, regularly meeting with colleagues to discuss cases. As well as offering general NHS treatments, she has an extensive continuing professional development portfolio, being able to offer basic teeth whitening with Phillips Zoom and premium whitening with Enlighten. Her most recent undertakings are courses in more advanced aligner treatments (teeth straightening) and a post graduate diploma in restorative dentistry. Gemma has a passion for oral surgery, accepting referrals from other clinicians. Outside of work Gemma enjoys spending time with her pets, crocheting, reading and participating in outdoor pursuits.

Dr.Nikolas Chasapis

Our longest standing dentist with a passion for his patients, Nik has been a member of our team here in Runcorn since 2014 and has developed a loyal patient base. He enjoys and practices all aspects of general dentistry. Nik is very professional and his relaxed and approachable style puts patients at ease as they undergo dental care designed to keep them smiling. He makes everyone he sees feel welcome. Adults and children alike love him. Outside of work Nik is married with 3 children and loves spending his days off with them. He also likes to go to the gym, watch sports and loves to read.

Dr.Shah Bano Syed

Embarking on her UK dental journey in 2013. Shahbano has been a part of the team here in Runcorn since late 2019. She looks after all her patients with the upmost care and consideration, making sure each experience is a comfortable one. She aims to cater for each patient's needs in a professional manner, her calming influence helping even the most anxious patients. Nothing makes her happier than to help people smile with confidence, providing a range of NHS and private treatments. She has developed her skills by training to offer teeth straightening with Clear Correct aligners, composite bonding, not only free hand but by using a system known as Smile Fast for composite veneers. She also provides whitening through Phillips Zoom and the premium Enlighten system. Outside of work Shahbano loves having fun with her sons, reading and going for long drives.

Dr.Alexandros Panos

Alex joined us here at Church Street in July 2022 after working at another dental practice previously. He graduated from the university of medicine and pharmacy of Craiova in Romania in 2021.
Alex stays at the forefront of dentistry through continuous training in the latest treatments. His expertise spans from a love of general dentistry, to restorative, with a special interest in oral surgery.
Known for his warm and approachable manner, Alex takes the time to listen to each patients concerns as intently as the last. He wants all of his patients to feel informed, relaxed and confident in his care and treats them all like he would his family.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling, watching basketball,football and going to the cinema, but ultimately his biggest passion is his friends and family and loves nothing more than spending quality time with them.

Dr.Mohammed Saed

Mohammed graduated from Leeds dental school in 2022 and has been working in general practice ever since. Starting with us in September 2023 Mohammed has quickly become a family favourite. His goal is to provide gentle, high-quality care in a welcoming environment, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported.
Mohammed is passionate about helping all of his patients achieve a healthy, confident smile. He regularly undertakes courses to expand his expertise and is currently training to be able to place dental implants. He is a certified ClearCorrect aligner provider (teeth straightening) and has a keen interest in oral surgery.
Outside of work he loves spending time with his family, is an avid football fan, likes playing padel tennis and taking part in outdoor pursuits.

Dr.Uyiosa Uwubamwen

As one of the newest members of the team, Uyiosa joined us here at Runcorn in August 2023 having qualified from the university of Szeged in Hungary in 2022.
Uyiosa enjoys all aspects of paediatric and general dentistry but her passion is for endodontics and it makes her happy when she can preserve a tooth using this.
Her calm and collected demeanour means she can help even the most nervous of patients feel at ease when visiting the practice.
In her spare time Uyiosa enjoys watching films, going to the gym, singing and making people laugh. The thing she enjoys most though is spending time with friends and family, and loves nothing more than babysitting her nieces.

Miss.Helen Kathryn Crofts

Helen is our lovely hygienist and has been with us since 2021.
She started her journey as a receptionist/nurse and did this for 8 years before deciding she wanted to do more. She enrolled at the Dental Hygiene University of Liverpool where she gained her qualification in 2004.
She worked as a NHS hygienist for 13 years before relocating and becoming private.
Helen currently works across 3 practices where she gets to share her many years of experience with a range of patients. She gets great job satisfaction from helping her patients achieve healthy mouths.
She enjoys reading, travelling and taking long walks with her dog.

Ms.Heather Wakelin

Heather is a dental therapist and has worked across many dental practices across the North West before calling Runcorn home. She started with us in July 2024 and is a perfect fit. Heather graduated from Liverpool University in 2011 and since qualifying has gained a lot of experience in both NHS and private practice.
Heather is extremely passionate about her job and believes that a therapist plays a vital role in the education of our patients, helping them to maintain good oral health.
Her kind, caring and compassionate personality ensures all of her patients always feel at ease and comfortable around her.
Outside of work Heather loves reading, going on sunny holidays, going for walks and most of all spending as much time with her family as she can.
