Our vision for the mydentist academy is to deliver world class training for all our staff and associates, showing commitment to investing in our people and delivering high quality dental care. Listening to our patients’ needs has been a key driving force behind the academy concept so we can deliver and improve upon the service that is currently provided to our patients.

We provide a variety of training programmes, ranging from web based learning and nurse training to cosmetic and complex dentistry at venues across the country. The academy also has a state of the art facility in the centre of Manchester which is linked to a fully operational practice in the same building. With live surgery links, a phantom head room and three training spaces it is a fantastic asset for mydentist.

All our staff and associates have access to a comprehensive training toolkit which includes packages for team development via our learning management system (LMS). Organised by role, the LMS outlines an individual’s induction, mandatory on-line training modules, learning aids and other courses which are available for each role within the business.
