Jon qualified from Liverpool University in 2018. Jon has many areas of interest in dentistry starting with treating anxious patients and providing the best standard of dentistry and suitability for all of his patients. He provides a comfortable environment as he understands the dentist can be a scary place for people of all ages. Jon also provides cosmetic dentistry such as clear aligners ( teeth straightening with clear braces) whitening and composite bonding as well as all forms of general dentistry. Jon provides NHS and also private dental treatment. Outside of work Jon is a keen tennis player, loves watching football and other sport, walking dogs and a pint.

Dr.Lynne Rhodes

Qualifying BDS with Honours from Liverpool in 1986, Lynne worked as an associate in Southport for 4 years prior to purchasing and running her own Dental Practice in Blackpool for 13 years whilst working alongside Orthodontic Specialists. During this time, she took a Diploma in Dental Acupuncture to expand the cohort of treatments she could provide and, is currently secretary of the British Dental Acupuncture Society. Lynne has a special interest in Orthodontics and Dental Acupuncture to aid and treat dental conditions, including anxiety, gagging, joint problems, sinus/migraine headaches and smoking cessation. Lynne has also developed her interest and skills in oral surgery which she offers on a private basis.
Having 3 very sporty boys/men leaves little time for hobbies however, she enjoys her allotment and garden and, participates in open gardens for local charities. She also plays tennis, enjoys yoga, dancing, walking and has trekked the Himalayas to raise money for charity.

Olivia qualified from University of Dental School in July 2021 with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Therapy. Since graduation, she has enjoyed undertaking NHS, Denplan and private treatment in the practice. Olivia is able to offer scaling and polishing, air polishing (cosmetic stain removal), amalgam (silver) and composite (white) fillings on front and back teeth and children’s treatment. Olivia particularly enjoys treating anxious patients and children. When she isn’t in the practice, Olivia enjoys keeping active at the gym and socialising with her family and friends. Any questions you may have regarding your gums or oral hygiene, Olivia would be more than happy to help.

mr .Noah Kidega

Noah enrolled into the University of Liverpool Dental school. Once qualified (2013), he started work in a busy NHS practice in the beautiful town of Sidmouth where he gained his vocational training accreditation.
Following the completion of his vocational training programme, Noah moved back to Malawi where he worked at various outreach centres and for community based health care organisations thus greatly broadening his experience and skill set through helping many individuals in need. In 2022 (shortly after the conclusion of the Pandemic), Noah decided it was time he returned back to the UK bringing with him years of outreach experience as well as his new honed dental skills to serve the interests of the general British populous.
Noah’s primary fields of special interest include paediatric care, special needs support and preventative community dentistry.

mr.John Roger Le Strange Herring

John graduated from The University of Liverpool Dental School (BDS) in 2019. Prior to this he gained a First Class Honours Degree from the University of St Andrews (BSc, 2010). After completing his dental training at The University of Liverpool Dental Hospital he went on to complete further training in North Wales. Here he worked in collaboration with the ‘Designed to Smile Program' (HEIW) to implement Quality Improvement projects aimed at increasing the effectiveness and frequency of preventative dentistry. This included the ‘Making Prevention Work in Practice’ (MPWIP) initiative, which involved training members of the dental team in preventative dental methods. John has a strong focus on preventative dentistry alongside minimally invasive techniques, aimed at delivering the highest quality healthcare.

Mr.Kafeel Mirza

Having graduated in 2018, Kafeel started working in small to large practices with multiple surgeries in the NHS and privately. In addition, Kafeel has gained experience in both primary and secondary care. Kafeel enjoys extracting teeth ranging from simple to surgical extractions. Kafeel’s passion is providing the highest quality of care to my patients and making nervous patients feel at ease.
Kafeel believes in building a strong professional relationship with the patient is the most important aspect of delivering the highest standard of care.
Outside of dentistry, Kafeel enjoys watching football; being a lifelong fan of Arsenal Football club, as well as cooking on a regular basis.

Dr.Gerard Malins

Mr Malins qualified at Liverpool University Dental Hospital in 1996 and joined the Roe Lane Dental Practice in 2000. He has dedicated most of his busy career here, providing general dental procedures to his many loyal patients. He is committed to providing the highest standards and is passionate about giving a world class service to all patients.
Mr Malins offers a wide range of both NHS and private dentistry including tooth whitening and tooth coloured restorations.
He has served as an elected member on Sefton Local Dental Committee representing his local colleagues since 2000.
