    Ignacio Verdejo Implantologist Qualified from: Lic Odont Valencia 2009 GDC No: 207753

    Ignacio studied dentistry in Valencia, Spain, where he completed his degree in 2009. He moved to Scotland after completing the 1-year course, ‘Introduction to implant dentistry with Biomet 3i’, in Madrid (Spain). After this he knew he wanted to learn and get more training in implants and restorative dentistry. He decided to start a 2-year master’s degree on implantology and biomaterials at the university of Toulouse, France. Ignacio has been working as a dentist in the UK for 10 years, the last 6 of which he has been particularly interested in implants. He has been attending numerous courses through these years, such as Digital Smile Design in 2016. He finds these disciplines especially rewarding as they can have such an impact on his patient’s confidence and their ability to experience daily life in a much-improved fashion. He is married and has a son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and playing football and golf with friends.

    Verena Toedtling Implantologist Qualified from: BDS University of Dundee 2007 GDC No: 113501

    Verena graduated from the University of Dundee in 2007 and obtained her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In 2012, Verena began her higher surgical training in oral surgery in Manchester and she completed this four-year clinical and academic training programme with a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST). Alongside her specialist training she gained a masters in oral and maxillofacial surgery and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy from the University of Manchester. She obtained her specialist membership in oral surgery in 2015 from the Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and registered as a specialist oral surgeon with the General Dental Council.Verena has been awarded a Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and served on the educational committee of the British Academic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, is a Board Member of the Manchester Medical Society and she has also worked with the Scottish Dental Clinical Effectiveness Programme on clinical guidelines. In addition to this Verena is actively involved in dental research and presently she is completing her Research Doctoral Degree whilst providing care for patients in private practice.

    Charilaos Charitoudis GDP Qualified from: DipDs Thessaloniki 2019 GDC No: 286224

    Harry graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, DDS program in 2019 with high honor's being the first of his class. While in Greece, he worked side by side with a private dentist who specialised in Endodontics (root canal treatment) as part of a traineeship programme. He moved to Scotland in late 2019 and worked in a dental practice in Fife providing NHS and private treatment for a year and a half before joining our team at {my}dentist Commercial Quay in March 2021. The areas of dentistry he enjoys the most are composite restorations -tooth coloured fillings- and root canal treatments. Harry has a calm and gentle manner when treating patients and always tries to ensure that his patients feel at ease when on the dental chair. Outside of dentistry he enjoys gaming, going to the gym and has a passion for foreign languages, with a particular interest in Japanese language and culture.
