Dr. Mahmoud completed his bachelor’s degree in Libya in 2010 and completed his internship in Egypt. Following this, he decided to relocate to the UK to further his studies and become qualified in the UK. He now holds membership to the faculty of Dental Surgery RCS (Glasgow). Mahmoud enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a special interest in root canal treatment and tooth replacement (dentures and bridges). He also provides teeth whitening and ClearCorrect aligner treatments (teeth straightening using clear braces). Mahmoud enjoys building rapport with his patients, new and existing, putting them at ease and giving them the best care possible. He is experienced in providing quality dental treatments for both NHS and Private patients and is always looking to enhance his knowledge by attending courses and conferences throughout the year. In his spare time Mahmoud enjoys reading and watching football games.

Mehvash works two days a week at the Grimsby practice offering {my}options affordable private treatment that can best suit the patient’s needs.She can provide general dental treatments and some cosmetic treatments to her patients. Mehvash enjoys spending time with her patients to build a good rapport and likes to make sure they feel at ease and reassured with their treatments and options. In her spare time, she enjoys holidays and travelling especially having time to relax with her friends and family.

David Hopper qualified from the University of Leeds in 2005 where he obtained his BChD, he then completed his NHS vocational training in Grimsby at our mydentist practice. David enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a long-established list of highly valued patients, He has been a long standing clinician at the practice for many years. He is always looking to continually enhance his knowledge and skills in dentistry by attending regular courses on main aspects of dentistry throughout the year. In his spare time, while not at work, David enjoys reading to relax, running and music.

Preetha Thomas has been at the practice since 2009 and has a list of valued patients NHS and private. She has experience in treatment for both NHS and Private patients to give patients options and choices with their treatment plans. Preetha is keen to further her skills by attending various courses. She has completed a course in providing ClearCorrect clear aligners (teeth straightening)She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, some cosmetic treatments and building good rapport with her patients. Outside of dentistry Preetha is a member of the Grimsby Bach choir, enjoys walks with her dog and holidays with her friends and family.

Paul works as a hygienist. He qualified in 2004 from the University of Sheffield.Paul joined the practice in Summer of 2023 but works at other {my}dentist practices in our area.He is experienced in providing NHS treatments such as periodontal care as a therapist and carries out private hygiene treatments such as scale & polish and airflow stain removal. Paul can advise on oral health care and help with maintaining gum health, keeping teeth clean and which oral hygiene products may help patients take care of their teeth and gums.In his spare time, Paul enjoys family time and watching sports, especially football.
