Atif graduated from the esteemed RGUHS university in India in 2004. He moved over to the UK in 2007 and has lived and worked in the local area since. He is highly motivated, passionate and meticulous about providing high-quality dentistry and has invested considerable time further honing his skills. As well as having extensive experience in the field of dentistry, Atif also undertook a number of post-graduate courses and further studies, which resulted in him being awarded membership of the joint dental faculties (MJDF) of the Royal College of surgeons Edinburgh in 2012.Atif holds particular interests in cosmetic teeth straightening. He can straighten teeth with a variety of options including Invisalign, Clear Correct, Six Month Smiles and Quick Straight Teeth. His interests lie in providing aesthetic composite bonding to help people achieve straight, even, white teeth without the need for invasive treatments. He offers a full range of treatments including tooth whitening, composite bonding, Porcelain veneers, Crowns and Bridge.In his spare time Atif enjoys playing guitar, gardening and spending time with his family. He loves travelling with his wife and daughter and visiting new places.

Chris graduated from Newcastle University Dental School in 2017 with a merit in clinical dentistry. Choosing to continue practising dentistry within the North East, Chris provides a wide range of treatments to his patients, which include a number of teeth replacement options, such as dental implants, bridges and dentures. Chris also provides teeth straightening with Clear Correct as well as cosmetic treatments to give patients a healthy and great looking smile. He prides himself on his friendly manner, which helps put many patients at ease. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time outside, exploring Northumberland and spending time with family and friends.

James graduated from Newcastle University in 2000 and has worked across a number of practices providing both NHS and Private dentistry. James strives to improve the oral health of his patients and build confidence with those who are dental phobic, giving them all the confidence to smile. In 2011 he completed the highly regarded ‘One to One’ Implant course at the University of Sheffield and has been providing implant dentistry to a very high standard since.James has a passion for cosmetic dentistry and is an established provider of Invisalign, a virtually invisible, removable solution for those wanting to straighten their teeth. He now focuses his time on providing private cosmetic dentistry and offers complimentary consultations for those wanting smile makeovers, implants and orthodontic treatments. James lives in Newcastle with his wife, daughter and dog and in his spare time, enjoys being active, making time for fell walking and mountain biking.

He has a relaxed and friendly patient focused approach to improving overall oral hygiene.James is investing in his career development through Invisalign teeth straightening and Enlighten whitening to enhance his skills and ensure that his patients are offered straight white teeth when desired. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and keeping active. James is particularly keen on rugby, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Richard comes from Wakefield in West Yorkshire. He qualified in 1997 from Newcastle University and has worked continuously in general practice. Richard has a continuing commitment to post-graduate education and is also a member of the Dental Sedation Teachers Group the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the British Dental Association.Richard has a strong interest in orthodontics, particularly invisible braces. He is an experienced Invisalign Doctor. His other interests include, cosmetic dentistry and the treatment of anxious patients.Outside of dentistry, Richard enjoys spending time with his children and fiancée Clare. He really enjoys walking their dog Monty and keeping fit.

Ashley qualified as a dental hygienist from Newcastle in 1997. She has been with the Ashington practice since 2018, she is dedicated to her patients along with the team to provide the best care she can. She loves talking to patients and helping them overcome any dental anxiety.She has worked in general practice providing both NHS and private treatment across Newcastle and the surrounding area. You may be referred to see Ashley from one of our dentists on the NHS, as an adult for periodontal treatment. However, if you would like to have a clean or stain removal that is not necessary on the NHS you can book a private appointment through direct access.Out of work she likes nothing more than spending time with her family, 4 grown children have kept her busy over the years!
