Cosmetic Dentures

Joy had had a denture for a number of years and it had gradually got looser. It got to the stage where she couldn't cope with it anymore and wanted something more aesthetically pleasing. She chose to have a full cosmetic denture with the same shade tones that she was used to.

I just can't believe the difference. The 'before' photo looks like something out of a horror movie. I can't thank everyone enough for the care and attention I have received. I knew I needed to do something to make myself feel better, I'm delighted with the end result and wish I'd done it sooner.

Composite Bonding

The patient came to the Practice as he was unhappy with the appearance of his upper teeth. He had a severe case of acid erosion and loss of tooth structure. After options were discussed, all the caries were removed before the teeth were individually built-up with composite bonding using the injection moulding technique.

Cantilever Bridge

Our Head Nurse, Jane, initially wanted to go down the implant route but, after a consultation and extraction of her tooth, it was not possible, so alternative options were discussed with her. She decided to go ahead with a cantilever bridge and is delighted with the outcome.

I am so happy with my final bridge, you can't tell it's not a natural tooth. None of my friends would know which one wasn't real. Dr Lotter did a fantastic job for me and I would recommend him to anyone. I have finally got my smile back in time for my sons weddings later this year.

Cosmetic Crowns and Bridgework

This lady came to us as she wanted to replace her old, uneven crowns. She was unhappy with the shape, size, and colour of her crowns and also the denture that she had. After an appointment with her Dentist Muneera to discuss her options, we replaced her old crowns and made a bridge to replace her old denture.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment I have received. My teeth were very uneven in shape, size and colour before. Now they are even in all aspects and look very natural. My treatment was handled with care and I felt in safe, good hands throughout.

This lady wanted to have her teeth whitened as she was happy with the appearance of her teeth but she felt they needed to be brighter so she would feel more confident smiling and talking. She decided to have Enlighten Whitening. This System guarantees a B1 shade (our whitest natural shade) and patient was really happy with her results.
