Dr. Adrianna Poniatowicz-Richards graduated in 2004 from the Medical University of Bialystok , Poland. Following her graduation, she gained extensive experience in general dentistry while working in busy dental practices in Bialystok.In 2008, Adrianna relocated to the United Kingdom, joining {my}dentist (formerly IDH) in Torquay, where she continued to advance her dental career. In 2012, after moving to Dorset, she became part of the team at New Milton Dental Practice.Adrianna has developed a strong foundation in general dentistry and has a particular interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and teeth whitening. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care with a gentle and compassionate approach, ensuring her patients feel comfortable and well-cared for.Committed to continuous professional development, Adrianna regularly attends dental courses and trainings to enhance her skills and stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry.Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with family and friends, particularly swimming in pools and the sea.

Alexandra Fogarassy-Dima GDP Qualified from: DMD Romania 2005 GDC No: 208178

Alexandra first graduated the University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Then the faculty of Dentistry Timisoara, Romania in 2005 and started working as a General Dentist in the same year. In 2011 she moved to UK to work in a very busy NHS and private practice. She has furthered her knowledge of various aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry by completing a 2 year post graduate level 7 course in Manchester with the President of the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry in UK, the internationally renowned Professor Paul Tipton. Alexandra has a particular interest in providing aesthetic and restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures and whitening. In addition to widen her portfolio of treatments she has also developed a special interest in facial aesthetics. With attention to detail, patience, precision and a gentle approach to dentistry, Alexandra is great at putting even the most nervous patients at ease. She continues to regularly attend dental courses to keep up to date with current practice In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Eurico Martins GDP Qualified from: LMD Fernando Pessoa University 2006 GDC No: 103518

Eurico was born and bred in northern Portugal. He obtained his Dentistry degree in the beautiful and historical city of Porto. Soon after graduation and some volunteering work overseas, Eurico moved to England in 2006 and has since held several associate positions as a general dental practitioner across Dorset and Hampshire. Eurico welcomes patients for both NHS and private care, and prides himself in providing safe, caring and good value general family dental care, with a focus on helping patients make good decisions for their long term oral health.Eurico lives locally with his wife, 3 children and Zico (the cat). He is a big fan of science and loves a good film, maps and road trips.

Irina qualified in Romania in 2009 and decided to move to England in 2014, where she found the lovely Isle of Wight to make her home. She has been with {my}dentist ever since, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Irina has extensive experience in surgical procedures, having worked within a hospital setting in Romania, specifically in the maxillofacial unit.Irina enjoys every aspect of dentistry and is dedicated to ensuring her patients make informed decisions about their treatments. She takes the time to explain procedures in full, providing detailed leaflets to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their choices.Irina is passionate about expanding her skills and is currently looking into hypnosis therapy for nervous patients, as she understands that dental anxiety is a significant challenge for many people.In 2024, she transitioned to join the {my}dentist team in New Milton after her time on the Isle of Wight, where she continues to deliver excellent care.Outside of work, Irina enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
