This patient presented with a missing upper left Central Incisor and severe bone loss following trauma as a child. The missing tooth and soft tissue was replaced with a titanium Implant and simultaneous bone graft. The treatment took 5 months to complete and the patient was very happy with the final result.

This patient came to see us unhappy with the appearance of their smile after having orthodontic treatment as a child. 6 porcelain veneers and whitening were used to give this patient a confident smile to be proud of. Veneers are a thin layer of porcelain or reinforced resin. Similar to a false nail, a veneer is a protective shell that covers the front of your tooth to reshape it or improve its colour. And give you back a beautiful smile!

I never used to smile, I didn't feel confident with how my teeth looked, in shape and in colour. Now my teeth are perfect, I can't wait to show them off with a big smile.

Anterior Crowns

A crown is sometimes referred to as a cap, which is a great description - it simply fits on top of an existing tooth. It can restore the shape, colour and function of your original tooth. Dr Cook prepared these teeth to the ideal shape for the crowns. This involved removing a layer of the outer surface, leaving a strong inner core. The amount of the tooth removed is the same as the thickness of the crown. Once the tooth was shaped, Dr Cook took an impression (mould) of the prepared tooth, one of the opposite jaw and another to show the way the teeth bite together. The impressions were then sent to a dental technician, along with information about the shade to use and any other information they needed. 10 days to 2 weeks later the crowns were ready to be fitted and give back this glorious smile.

Michael has transformed my smile, I can now smile with confidence. I am very pleased. Thank you Michael.

Replacing Silver Fillings

This lady came to us as she wanted to replace her old, uneven crowns. She was unhappy with the shape, size, and colour of her crowns and also the denture that she had. After an appointment with her Dentist Muneera to discuss her options, we replaced her old crowns and made a bridge to replace her old denture.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment I have received. My teeth were very uneven in shape, size and colour before. Now they are even in all aspects and look very natural. My treatment was handled with care and I felt in safe, good hands throughout.
